Criminal charges for last week’s murder could still be filed through the video from New Mexico, US police said.

Actor Alec Baldwin accidentally kills filmmaker Halyna Hutchins and injures western film director Rust.

“All options are on the table,” regional attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said of each charge. “There’s nothing left at this point.”

Analysts also said there was “little complacency” for the safety of the set.

Presenting the department’s preliminary findings, Sante Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza said, “We think some color system has been Criminal charges.”

He said: “We will find out how they got there, why they are there, and why they shouldn’t be there.

He said police had recovered 600 pieces of evidence, including three rifles and 500 rounds of ammunition from the set.

Sheriff Mendoza also said a “bullet” was removed from the shoulder of the injured director Joel Souza and handed over as evidence for the Criminal.

“I think the truth is clear: Mr. Baldwin was given a gun. The soldiers worked and fired a good shot which killed Ms. Hutchins and wounded Mr. Souza,” he said of the killing.

The sheriff told reporters that about 100 people were at the scene after the shooting occurred on Thursday.

He also revealed that the pistol, an old Colt .45 revolver, was manually operated by two men before being handed over to Mr. Baldwin: Weapon from Hannah Gutierrez-Reed and co-director Dave Halls.

Halls told investigators he had not inspected all firearms before firing them, according to a court order released Wednesday.

He reportedly called it a “cold weapon” as given to him by Mr. Baldwin, which meant he was sure he wasn’t there.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Gutierrez-Reed told investigators that the gun had not been stored for some time before the shooting, but that no ammunition had been loaded. He said weapons are usually stored in weapons that only a handful of people have.

Sheriff Mendoza said, “We will try to find out exactly how [this] happened if they knew there was live ammunition in the gun.”

According to Reuters news agency, Baldwin and the film’s producers hired a private law firm to investigate the shooting Criminal charges.

However, several legal experts have argued that the criminal charges against Mr. Baldwin are unfounded.

The actor, best known for his work on shows such as 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live, cites Rust as an actor and producer. He worked with investigators and expressed his shock at what he described as a “horrific accident”.

The event sparked debate about safety rules in Hollywood films and the use of firearms in production.

“I think the company has a recent safety record,” Sheriff Mendoza told reporters. “[But] I think there are some security issues facing companies that the state of New Mexico is facing.”
